All orders are normally shipped UPS ground or by comparable carrier within three working days of receipt of your order and verifying your credit card information. For Customer Service, email us, or call our live operator from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. For those rare exceptions, Georgia Harod (Director) is in charge of any complaints. Please email her and include your phone number and the nature of your problem for a prompt response. 

All products on this site are backed by a 100% Guarantee for Workmanship and Quality for 30 days.  Defective product with authorized returns will be replaced or cheerfully refunded (less S&H) at your option. Please call or email us immediately if you have any problems with your order, even after 30 days. We work hard to prevent repeat problems, and appreciate your help.
